About the Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is charged with the care and management of Sourcewell, as stated in Minnesota Statute M.S.123A.21, Subd. 4. Sourcewell full-voting members elect our eight-member board. Six are local school board members, and two are elected representatives from member cities, counties, and government agencies within our five-county service area.

The Board of Directors meets every third Tuesday of each month. Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. at Sourcewell in Staples, Minn., and the public is welcome. You can always check here for posted meeting dates and times.
