State of Georgia - Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract

Sourcewell (formerly known as the National Joint Powers Alliance or NJPA), issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide Indefinite Quantity Construction Contracting (IQCC) services to all Sourcewell Members including government agencies, education agencies such as colleges and universities, and non-profits agencies in the State of Georgia. Each contract will have an initial term of one year and bilateral option provision for three additional one- year terms. The Estimated Annual Value per contract is $2,000,000.00. One additional one-year renewal-extension may be offered by Sourcewell to Vendor beyond the original four-year term if Sourcewell determines such action to be in the best interests of Sourcewell and its Members.

IQCC is a contracting procurement system that provides facility owner's access to contractors to provide construction, repair and renovation services over an extended period of time.

Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid seminar that will be conducted for the purpose of discussing the IQCC procurement system, the contract documents, and reviewing the Sourcewell Procurement Portal system for responding to the IFB. In response to public health guidance related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sourcewell has re-scheduled all of the pre-bid seminars for these contract opportunities as an online web conference. The web conference will be conducted as a webinar on the following date and time:

    Friday, March 20, 2020 1:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Time

Log-in directions for the web conference will be provided to those registered for this opportunity in the Sourcewell Procurement Portal.

The requirement to attend a pre-bid seminar as stated in Book 1, Section Two, Article 5, has been waived. Bidders are not required to attend a pre-bid seminar to be deemed responsive.
