Helping kids find their passion

The Metier program is a grade 5-8 experiential learning and lifestyle design program built around activities that guide students to find the truest, happiest, and greatest versions of themselves and the career fields that makes them come alive.

With this knowledge, students can find their Metier: a job they love that loves them back.

The Metier program is limited to school districts Sourcewell's five-county service area.

  • Wayfinders | Grades 5 & 6

    The first level of Metier focuses on helping students discover their passion through experimenting and learning from activities

    With the goal of exploring various career fields to see which one ignites students, Metier Flowblazers dives into a variety of careers.
