Learning Objectives:

  • Clarify teaching practices that foster student growth
  • Perfect observation and coaching skills essential for teacher development
  • Solidify models of support to foster enhanced teacher practice and student learning

Meeting five times throughout the school year, the Leadership Academy includes professional learning and networking time designed for principals, academic deans, and curriculum coordinators. Participants will cultivate skills to identifying effective classroom practices, delivering actionable feedback, and providing support for employee growth.
