This two-day training is designed for both early childhood and special education/ECSE teams, offering detailed information on creating a classroom where ALL children are engaged, learning, and having fun. Instruction in the use of a variety of evidence-based classroom and individualized strategies will be provided through lectures, video examples, and group learning activities.
About the leader:
Edward (Ted) Bovey, M.A., has worked with young children with developmental disabilities and typical children for over 25 years as an inclusive preschool teacher, early interventionist, researcher, and coach. He has extensive experience training inclusive preschool teams in identifying functional learning objectives, using naturalistic and embedded instruction, promoting language development, and teaching social skills to young children in inclusive environments.
Participants are encouraged to register with colleagues from early childhood and special education/ECSE teams.
