COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Your health and safety are important to us. Because we expect to draw attendees from across the state, we will monitor the statewide case rate as reported by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We will follow the direction given by local, state, and federal government authorities regarding gatherings of our type and size. If needed, we will postpone this event to a later date. We do not plan to pivot to a virtual event.
Facemasks & lowering the risk of transmission:
If, in the week preceding the event, the statewide community transmission rate is Substantial or High as calculated and reported by the CDC, we will require everyone – vaccinated and unvaccinated - wear well-fitted facemasks at all times. If, in the week preceding the event, the statewide community transmission rate is Low or Moderate (as reported by the CDC), we will strongly recommend well-fitting facemasks, but not require them. This guidance is in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health’s COVID-19 Guidance for Festivals, Fairs, and Large Gatherings.
These safety protocols are subject to change. Please revisit this page for the most up-to-date information. Registered attendees will also receive updates via their registered email address.
