Helping Children Overcome Challenges at Home

Sourcewell has a contracted Collaborative Service Team (CST) in Crow Wing County to work in partnership with families, schools, and community agencies. The CST works with children up to 18 years of age, at no cost, to inform families of services and support available to them in the community, including:

  • Research-based interventions
  • Group and individual skills training to children and their families
  • Assistance in crisis situations
  • Coordinating services in the school and community

The work of the Collaborative Service Worker (CSW) provides a collective school and community response to ensure that each child has an opportunity to experience academic and social/emotional success within their school experience.
