Internships

for central Minnesota communities

Program is limited to eligible members in Minnesota's Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties

Project support meets practical experience

With retirement on the horizon for many in the current workforce, local governments and nonprofits are challenged to find specialized staff. To support succession planning and recruitment efforts, Sourcewell funds and helps facilitate internships to bring college students into government offices and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties in central Minnesota.

Agencies and nonprofits have the opportunity to provide supplemental support to current programming or delve into special projects, while interns gain valuable professional experience.
